Wanda Evelyn Brunke, sole proprietor of Events by Evelyn.   Events by Evelyn came into being as a full service Event Company in June of 2004.  Ms. Brunke has been involved in corporate, social and nonprofit events for 25 years.  Her background is as follows:  Ms. Brunke worked for Illinois Bell, AT&T and finally Lucent Technologies for 20 years.  In 2001 she had the opportunity to retire from Lucent.

Wanda Evelyn is 100% involved from planning to the final after event duties.  She meets with each client to discuss exactly what type of event they are having, then goes back with time-lines for the client to verify everyone is on the same page.  

Brides and grooms are precious things and nothing delights Ms Brunke more than experiencing the pleasure of a happy union.  When you start with the pre-planning and go through to assisting with the complete package she states she feels as though she has had a little bit of heaven.

Ms. Brunke is a proud member of ISES, Chicago Chapter.  She belongs to the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce. She is the current recording Secretary for the Central DuPage Hospital Auxiliary.  Some of her past alliances has been with the Lisle Historical Society, Lisle Women’s Club.
